Who Should Complete This Survey?

We welcome all
company representatives
that are responsible for some aspect of the support and success of their
company's VA/VUL products. This may include marketing, sales, financial,
actuarial, compliance, or corporate communications. If you feel someone else
would be better suited to complete the survey in your company, we would
appreciate it if you could forward this request to them.
We also would like to have
agents, brokers, and other company distribution
partners
complete the survey. In many situations, distributors will have the most
important perspective on where communications and tools need to improve.

Why This Survey?

Effective communication and education of the purpose, benefits, performance,
and suitability of variable insurance products are key to their ongoing
success, for individual companies, distributors, as well as the industry as a
whole.
The survey will measure the effectiveness of VA/VUL performance illustration
tools, from both a company and distributor perspective. How well do companies
educate and manage the expectations of your customers? What problems do
companies experience? What solutions work best? How does your experience
compare to other companies? How well do the perceptions of distributors and
their companies line up?
This survey will help us gain a better understanding of the perceived needs so
that we can continue to offer better tools and services.
